Spencer Gorge is one of Ontario’s most dramatic hiking corridors — threading through ancient rock walls, past two major waterfalls, with the Dundas Valley falling away below you. We’ve handled the timed permit, the car shuffle, and the whole logistics headache so you just show up at Union with good shoes.
The cider flight at the end is at a cidery run by two brothers who plant their own apples. They don’t typically do group visits. We somehow got access anyway.
